Our PC Power Management Solution, 1E's NIght Watchman is currently reducing energy use and saving money on over 225,000 Office of Veteran Affairs computers resulting in millions of dollars in savings and thousand of tons of carbon removed from the atmosphere. Those savings are doubled here in Hawaii and should be applied to all Federal offices.

State

Hawaii Green IT is working closely with ESCO's to bring integrated Data Center and client network Green IT solutions. These should be tied together with proven, measurable, validating energy saving solutions.

City and County

Although there has been some implementation of PC Power Management at the city level in Hawaii, we have just scratched the surface. Hawaii Green IT looks forward to increasing the effectiveness of what is already there and extending the reach to all islands and all computers.
